Roles & Responsibilities

• Support premium billing workflows including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation
• Validate billing rules, member group data, remittance, and payment posting for accuracy
• Assist with UAT, regression testing, defect triage, and production support for premium billing functions
• Prepare clear documentation and issue summaries for finance, payer operations, and application teams
• Collaborate with U.S. healthcare teams to ensure smooth delivery across time zones

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, or revenue cycle systems
• Ability to work effectively with U.S. healthcare teams and document findings clearly
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and confidential data handling

Knowledge & Skills

• Epic Tapestry Premium Billing certification or hands-on experience
• Premium billing, invoicing, payment posting, AR, reconciliation, and payer finance
• Strong analytics and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration abilities
