Roles & Responsibilities

• Support eligibility and enrollment workflows within Epic Tapestry to ensure accurate member data.
• Validate member eligibility and enrollment updates for seamless payer operations.
• Assist with configuration review, UAT, regression testing, and go-live support.
• Document business rules and workflow impacts to improve operational readiness.
• Collaborate with US healthcare teams to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic Tapestry, or payer operations.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry or similar EHR/EMR systems.
• Ability to work with US healthcare teams and manage remote delivery across time zones.
• Understanding of healthcare privacy and data security principles (HIPAA).
• Epic Tapestry Eligibility & Enrollment certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with 834 enrollment files and payer/member operations preferred.
• Strong SQL, data validation, or workflow analysis skills preferred.
