Roles & Responsibilities

• Validate payment logic and AP processing for provider payments and claims
• Support accounts payable workflows tied to payer operations and reconciliation
• Assist with configuration review, issue resolution, and test execution
• Collaborate with finance, claims, provider operations, and Epic support teams
• Document findings clearly and support remote delivery across time zones

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, or revenue cycle systems
• Ability to work with US healthcare teams and document findings clearly
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, HIPAA-style data handling

Knowledge & Skills

• Epic Tapestry AP Administration training or experience
• Healthcare finance/AP or claims payment experience
• Strong reconciliation and data validation skills
