Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Epic Resolute Professional Billing application support, testing, configuration review, and production issue resolution
• Analyze charge capture, claims, denials, workqueues, remittance, RTE, reimbursement, and billing workflows
• Partner with revenue integrity, finance, coding, patient access, and application teams
• Support upgrades, integrated testing, go-live readiness, reporting validation, and stabilization activities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, revenue cycle systems, or healthcare enterprise applications
• Ability to work with U.S. healthcare teams, document findings clearly, and support remote delivery across time zones
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, HIPAA-style data handling, and confidential client information

Knowledge & Skills

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification or strong experience
• Revenue cycle, claims, denials, and reimbursement workflow knowledge
• Epic Clarity/Caboodle, SQL, or reporting exposure
• Strong communication and documentation skills
