Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Epic and healthcare analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
• Use SQL, Clarity, and Caboodle to produce actionable data quality outputs
• Validate healthcare workflows, reporting logic, and data integrity across systems
• Partner with application, operations, finance, and client stakeholders to deliver insights

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, or payer operations experience
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, EHR/EMR systems, or revenue cycle systems
• Ability to work with US healthcare teams across time zones
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy and HIPAA-style data handling

Knowledge & Skills

• Epic Clarity and Caboodle reporting
• SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Power BI or Tableau for visualization
• Cogito, dashboard development, data validation
• Healthcare analytics and payer/provider data
