Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Epic and healthcare analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and data validation needs
• Use SQL, Clarity/Caboodle or healthcare data sources to produce actionable reporting and data quality outputs
• Validate healthcare workflows, reporting logic, KPI definitions, and data integrity across systems
• Partner with application, operations, finance, payer, and client stakeholders to deliver accurate insights

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, revenue cycle systems, or healthcare enterprise applications
• Ability to work with U.S. healthcare teams, document findings clearly, and support remote delivery across time zones
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, HIPAA-style data handling, and confidential client information

Knowledge & Skills

• Epic reporting, Clarity, Caboodle, SQL
• Power BI, Tableau, Cogito, dashboards, data validation, healthcare analytics
• Payer/provider data analytics background preferred
• Python or SAS experience is a plus
