Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and scaling procedures
• Take and develop dental x-rays to support diagnosis
• Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral hygiene
• Assist dentists during a variety of procedures
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and treatment rooms

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in a dental setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Proficiency in dental radiography techniques
• Patient education and oral health counseling
• Collaborative teamwork and adaptability
• Commitment to infection control and safety standards
