Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis to keep patients' smiles healthy
• Assess oral health conditions and document findings for the dentist
• Take and develop dental X-rays with meticulous attention to detail
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and preventive care techniques
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evening hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Compassionate patient care approach; new graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental hygiene procedures and tools
• Knowledge of dental radiography and safety protocols
• Skill in educating patients on oral hygiene
• Comfort with dental software and patient records
