Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy with precision and care
• Examine patients' oral health and document any abnormalities or concerns
• Take and develop dental X-rays to assist with diagnosis
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care tailored to their needs
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants to protect patients' teeth
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Strong clinical skills with attention to patient comfort

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Proficiency in taking digital X-rays and using dental software
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
• Ability to maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
