Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform thorough cleanings, scaling, and root planing to maintain oral health
• Capture and interpret dental radiographs to assist in diagnosis
• Provide personalized oral hygiene education and preventive care guidance
• Partner with dentists and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene best practices
• Proficiency with dental software and digital radiography
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Skill in patient education and chairside manner
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
