Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
Measure and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Ensure a safe, clean environment and promote infection control practices
Document care and observations accurately in the resident record
Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver individualized care plans
Communicate clearly and kindly with residents and their families

Qualifications

Current, active CNA certification valid in Pennsylvania
Demonstrated ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
Successful completion of required background check and health screenings
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed CNA training program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing care skills and resident-centered approach
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Familiarity with basic infection prevention and control
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with routine documentation and following care plans
Teamwork and the ability to follow direction from licensed staff
