Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and observe changes in patient condition
Support safe transfers, mobility and positioning for patients
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate observations to the nursing team
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Participate in team huddles and assist with care planning and bedside communication

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (required) — Pennsylvania certification preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass background check and required immunizations/health screenings
Comfortable with hands-on patient care and working as part of a collaborative nursing team
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
Prior CNA experience preferred but new grads with certification are encouraged to apply

Education

High school diploma or GED (typical)
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, patient hygiene
Patient safety and fall prevention best practices
Infection control and standard precautions
Clear, timely documentation and effective communication with clinical teams
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
