Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and support to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
Take and accurately record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for patients
Document care thoroughly and communicate effectively with the care team
Support patients' emotional and social needs with kindness and respect

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (PA preferred)
Completion of an approved CNA training program
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Compassionate, reliable, and able to work well within a team
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient hygiene
Basic proficiency in taking vital signs and observing/reporting changes
Familiarity with infection control and patient safety practices
Good documentation and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
