Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, and toileting
Monitor and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control procedures
Document care clearly in patient records and communicate with the nursing team
Support patient comfort and dignity while building trusting relationships

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (California)
Ability to work overnight shifts and be available on short notice (per diem)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass required health screenings
Clear background check and reliable transportation to the facility

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and support with ADLs
Vital sign measurement and basic clinical observations
Infection control and safe patient handling
Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and team
Basic charting and familiarity with electronic health records
Time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
