Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and dining
• Measure and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Provide compassionate bedside care and emotional support to patients and families
• Safely assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Observe patient conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and reassuring patient care environment

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Empathy and dedication to providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to stand, lift, and move patients safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care practices
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Excellent observational and reporting skills
