Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services that help patients regain independence and confidence
- Implement therapy interventions following the OT plan of care
- Document patient progress accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care
- Empower patients and their families with education for continued success
- Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising OT
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to ensure a safe environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
- A passion for making a real difference in patients' lives
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
