Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services that help patients regain independence and confidence
• Implement therapy interventions following the OT plan of care
• Document patient progress accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care
• Empower patients and their families with education for continued success
• Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising OT
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
• A passion for making a real difference in patients' lives
