Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, helping with activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
Document care provided accurately and clearly
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with colleagues and families to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
CNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of resident care and basic nursing procedures
Infection prevention and safe use of personal protective equipment
Basic charting and documentation practices
Effective teamwork and communication with clinical staff
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
