Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning for safety
• Support residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and meal assistance
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety practices
• Ability to physically assist residents with mobility and transfers
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
