Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Support residents during meals, monitoring intake and assisting as needed
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Document care provided accurately and thoroughly
• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Newly certified CNAs are welcome to apply
• Must be able to pass a background check and present valid identification as required by registry guidelines
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable nature

Knowledge & Skills

• Clear communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work well within a care team
• Observation skills to spot changes in residents' conditions
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
• Knowledge of resident care procedures and safety practices
