Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility needs
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
• Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment for residents
• Participate in team huddles and follow care plans to support quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (required)
• Current basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred
• Comfortable with direct patient care and lifting/transfer assistance
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
• Reliable, compassionate, and a team player who enjoys hands-on care

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved CNA training program and active state certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and comfort with ADLs
• Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
• Infection control practices and safe transfer techniques
• Clear verbal and written communication with the care team
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks during a shift
• Compassionate patient interaction and dignity-centered care
