Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs accurately, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship throughout your shift
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Ability to work flexible per diem hours
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety practices
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Basic computer skills for documentation
