Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals, feeding, and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and provide state or federal issued identification
• Compassionate and reliable attitude with a passion for helping others
• Previous CNA experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform job duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
