Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional preventive dental care and patient education to promote optimal oral health
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning to maintain healthy smiles
- Assess patients' oral hygiene and collaborate with the dentist to develop personalized care plans
- Take and interpret dental X-rays to support accurate diagnoses
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the highest standards of infection control
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment that puts patients at ease
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or obtaining before start)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and connect with patients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental practice
- Experience with dental software and digital X-ray systems is a plus
Education
- Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Current Wisconsin State Licensure as a Dental Hygienist
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
- Proficiency in using dental instruments and radiographic equipment
- Excellent attention to detail with patient documentation
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team
