Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional preventive dental hygiene care to patients
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and home care
• Partner with your dental assistant to prepare operatory and instruments
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered dental experience

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Dental Hygienist license (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work a 12:45 PM - 7:00 PM shift
• Excellent clinical and patient communication skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
• Experience is a plus, but new graduates with a strong clinical foundation are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and preventive care
• Understanding of OSHA standards and infection control practices
• Proficiency in dental charting and practice management software
• Skill in patient education and chairside communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively with dentists, assistants, and front desk teams
