Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with urgent medical needs
• Perform comprehensive assessments and triage patients efficiently
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Previous experience in urgent care, emergency, or acute care setting
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent triage and patient prioritization skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of urgent care protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
