Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities such as eating, mobility, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Support patients with safe transfers and mobility using proper techniques
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and their families
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, or home health is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset with a focus on dignity and respect

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to accurately take and record vital signs
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Sharp observation skills to detect changes in patient condition
• Physical stamina to handle demanding shifts with a smile
