Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility for patients
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Document care clearly and timely to keep the care team informed
Collaborate with nurses and other clinical staff to deliver high-quality care
Build trusting relationships with patients and their families through respectful communication

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — Pennsylvania preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA training program
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required or willingness to obtain
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass required background checks
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in ADLs, patient hygiene, and bedside care
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs and observing clinical changes
Familiarity with infection control and safe patient handling practices
Basic documentation/charting skills and attention to detail
Customer-service mindset — compassionate, respectful patient interactions
