Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic x-ray examinations following physician orders
• Position patients accurately and ensure their comfort and safety during procedures
• Operate radiology equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety
• Review images for quality and collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate results
• Maintain patient records and adhere to radiation safety protocols
• Provide compassionate care and communicate effectively with patients and team members

Qualifications

• ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist (or registry-eligible)
• Current Minnesota state licensure as a radiographer
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Prior experience in radiology or clinical setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of anatomy, positioning, and radiology procedures
• Proficiency with x-ray equipment and imaging software
• Understanding of radiation safety and infection control standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
