Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine CT and diagnostic X-ray procedures in a fast-paced free-standing emergency department
• Operate GE 64-slice CT, GE digital X-ray, and GE portable X-ray equipment with confidence
• Document patient exams accurately using the Meditech system
• Collaborate with the ED team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Participate in on-call rotation approximately 2 shifts per month
• Adapt quickly to varying patient volumes and prioritize patient safety

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiologic Technologist Certification required
• SCQRSA Certification (South Carolina Rad Tech license) required
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT and diagnostic radiology
• CT certification and previous travel experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in both CT and diagnostic radiology procedures
• Experience with GE CT and X-ray equipment is a plus
• Comfortable using Meditech for documentation
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities
