Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures using state-of-the-art imaging equipment like Acuson Juniper and Acuson P500
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care during IR procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, supplies, and equipment for each case
• Accurately document procedures in the Allscripts system
• Participate in rotating call coverage to support emergency and after-hours procedures
• Educate and comfort patients before, during, and after procedures

Qualifications

• Active ARRT(R) certification is required
• Current BLS certification is required
• New Hampshire Medical Technician License must be in hand prior to submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with Acuson Juniper and Acuson P500 ultrasound systems
• Experience with Allscripts electronic documentation
• Strong knowledge of interventional radiology procedures and sterile technique
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
