Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver customized therapy interventions based on each patient's plan of care
- Document patient progress and response to treatment to support continuity of care
- Teach patients and families about home exercise programs and strategies for daily living
- Communicate patient status and outcomes clearly with the supervising Physical Therapist
- Maintain a safe, compliant environment by following infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license or ability to obtain before start
- Ability to implement treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping patients restore mobility
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

- Physical therapy and patient care
