Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a dynamic healthcare setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in New Mexico (or compact state)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a clinical setting
• Willingness to travel for 5-week assignments

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments
