Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a dynamic healthcare setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in New Mexico (or compact state)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a clinical setting
- Willingness to travel for 5-week assignments
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
