Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage rehab department operations at a family-owned 80-bed facility
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with therapy team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimize patient outcomes
• Supervise and mentor therapy staff to foster professional growth
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Prior Director of Rehab (DOR) experience required
• COTA preferred but open to any therapy discipline
• Valid Colorado state licensure in relevant therapy field

Education

• Occupational Therapy Assistant degree or equivalent (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of rehab regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
