Shift Type: Day shift, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (12.5-hour shift with 30-minute meal break). Per diem, schedule varies based on facility needs.

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Perform assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (for RN)
• Practical Nursing diploma (for LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
