Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Take and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff
• Support meal times and document food/fluid intake
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Be the eyes and ears of the nursing team, advocating for each resident's needs

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in West Virginia
• BLS certification preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
• Compassionate, patient, and a team player

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care and safety protocols
• Effective communication with residents and staff
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of infection control practices
