Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize care plans
• Monitor and document patient conditions accurately
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
• Current BLS certification
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing for RN
• Completed Practical Nursing program for LPN

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and management
• Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
• Wound care and infection control
• Accurate documentation and charting
• Compassionate and patient-centered care delivery
