Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care in a per diem capacity
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations

Education

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing for RN; Practical Nursing Program for LPN

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in EHR systems
• Time management and prioritization skills
