Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to achieve the best outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Swallowing therapy and therapy delivery
• Clear documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Infection control protocols
• Current SLP license, CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving
