Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healing environment for patients and their families
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
• Knowledge of patient safety and infection control practices
• Physical stamina to assist with patient mobility and transfers
