Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
- Monitor and document patient vitals and conditions accurately
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate residents and families on health conditions and care
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Ability to work per diem shifts and adapt quickly to different units
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
- Medication administration and documentation
- Wound care and infection control principles
- Effective communication with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compassionate environment
