Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Monitor and document patient vitals and conditions accurately
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Ability to work per diem shifts and adapt quickly to different units
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
• Medication administration and documentation
• Wound care and infection control principles
• Effective communication with residents, families, and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compassionate environment
