Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption required
• New graduates welcome! Prior experience in rehab or long-term care is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
