Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's goals
  • Document services accurately and in compliance with regulations and facility standards
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to optimize outcomes
  • Champion infection control and safety protocols to create a secure therapeutic environment

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
  • Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
  • Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for helping patients improve their communication and swallowing function

Education

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Expertise in speech, language, and swallowing therapy
  • Patient evaluation and evidence-based treatment planning
  • Thorough clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration and family education
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
