Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Day shift (5x8)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that truly make a difference
- Document services accurately and in compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to optimize outcomes
- Champion infection control and safety protocols in every interaction
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
- Current California state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent communication for connecting with patients, families, and team members
- Clinical problem-solving to adapt treatment plans to individual needs
- Thorough documentation practices that ensure compliance
- Interdisciplinary collaboration to provide holistic care
- Infection control knowledge to maintain a safe environment
- Expertise in speech-language pathology, patient evaluation, treatment planning, and swallowing therapy
