Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that truly make a difference
• Document services accurately and in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to optimize outcomes
• Champion infection control and safety protocols in every interaction

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Current California state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Excellent communication for connecting with patients, families, and team members
• Clinical problem-solving to adapt treatment plans to individual needs
• Thorough documentation practices that ensure compliance
• Interdisciplinary collaboration to provide holistic care
• Infection control knowledge to maintain a safe environment
