End Date: 11-04-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document all services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Delaware state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Passion for helping patients improve their communication and swallowing function
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Speech-language pathology assessment and treatment
- Swallowing and dysphagia therapy
- Patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
- Clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and patient education
- Infection control and safety protocols
