Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as assigned during the overnight shift
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, and mobility
Monitor and document patient condition changes and report concerns to the nursing team
Support safe transfers and positioning to maintain patient comfort and prevent injury
Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (state active and in good standing)
Comfortable working overnight hours and handling typical CNA duties independently
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Clean background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of an approved CNA training program required

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with patient hygiene, ADLs, and mobility assistance
Basic charting and documentation skills
Ability to follow care plans and communicate observations clearly
Infection control and safety-conscious practices
Team-oriented approach and adaptability in a clinical setting
