Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status and evaluate their response to care
• Provide respiratory treatments and therapies to patients, including infants and pediatrics
• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments, health and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal respiratory outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute hospital setting
• Experience with infants and pediatric patients required
• Active Oregon Respiratory Therapist license required
• PALS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills
