Shift Type: 12-hour Night shifts, 36 hours guaranteed per week, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 60
Bill Rate: $64,480 - $89,440 per year

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and reassessments for diverse patient populations including pediatric, geriatric, and general
- Administer medications following the six rights and monitor for adverse reactions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care plans
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status, responding to changes per ACLS protocol
- Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and pain management
- Assist with procedures and perform technical skills across multiple departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical/Progressive Care
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact state
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
- PALS or ENPC certification required within 6 months of hire
- Willingness to float across units and work as a resource nurse
- Rural/small facility experience highly preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of medication administration and IV therapy
- Ability to manage hemodynamic status and fluid/electrolyte balance
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to remain flexible and organized in stressful situations
