Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, day/night rotation as needed (exact schedule to be confirmed)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, family-centered care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
- Educate and support families during challenging times
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain thorough records
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
- Previous PICU or pediatric critical care experience strongly preferred
- Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in pediatric medication administration and dosage calculations
- Excellent communication with patients, families, and care teams
- Comfortable with electronic health records and charting
- Ability to remain calm and focused in emergencies
