Registered Nurse - OR
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
Shift Type: Variable 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday with call requirements: 1 call night per week and one weekend of call per month
Candidate Pay Rate: $60.77 - $45.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert circulating nursing care in a busy 7-suite OR handling 15-20 cases daily
- Assist in a variety of surgical procedures including ortho, general, gyn, peds, and eyes
- Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety throughout surgical process
- Collaborate with surgical team and respond to call within 30 minutes
- Document patient care in Cerner Surginet EMR system
Qualifications
- 2+ years of OR experience required
- Current BLS certification
- Travel experience preferred
- Ability to take call and respond within 30 minutes
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in Cerner Surginet documentation
- Knowledge of sterile processing and aseptic technique
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
