Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and cleanings
- Educate patients on oral health best practices and preventive care
- Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
- Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols are followed
Qualifications
- Current Virginia Dental Hygiene license required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- New graduates welcome - we provide mentorship and training
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
- Strong understanding of oral health and disease prevention
- Comfortable with digital x-ray systems and EHR software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on patient comfort and safety
